Leg Training

I was suppose to do legs on another day but I totally didn't work out yesterday at alllllll.
Any way, my work went something like this.

5 minute warm up
leg extension 3 sets 10 reps 80 pds
leg curls 2 sets 10 reps 60 pds
bar lunge 2 sets 10 reps 15pds
calf raises 2 sets 15 reps 100 pds
leg press 2 sets 10 reps 170 pds

no cardio today woke up very late.
